We offer a straightforward, unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — no forms to fill out justifying your reasons, no usage review, no exceptions.
All payments on Talib.me are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles the transaction, issues your receipt, and processes refunds on our behalf. Talib.me is operated by Ismail, an individual seller based in Bangladesh.
If you upgrade to a monthly or yearly plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. This applies unconditionally to your first payment on a plan.
If a renewal charge was made in error, or you meant to cancel before it processed, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it in full.
The small flat fee charged on every fifth update is also covered by the same 7-day guarantee if you believe it was charged incorrectly.
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase. By starting immediate access to your published portfolio, you agree that this right may end once delivery begins, in line with Paddle's buyer terms — our 7-day guarantee above applies regardless.
Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle order confirmation email, or visit the Paddle buyer portal directly, and select "Request refund".
You can also email info@talib.me with your order reference and we will process the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
You can cancel your monthly or yearly plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current billing period.
Your portfolio remains live until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, it becomes inaccessible until you resubscribe.
