We offer a straightforward, unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — no forms to fill out justifying your reasons, no usage review, no exceptions.
All payments on Talib.me are processed by Freemius, a globally recognized payment processor acting as our Merchant of Record. They handle the transaction, issue your receipt, and process refunds on our behalf. Talib.me is operated by Ismail, an individual seller based in Bangladesh.
If you upgrade to a monthly or yearly plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. This applies unconditionally to your first payment on a plan.
Monthly and Yearly plans are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions, you choose when to buy another period. If you purchase a new plan by mistake, contact us within 7 days of that purchase and we will refund it in full.
The small flat fee charged on every fifth update is also covered by the same 7-day guarantee if you believe it was charged incorrectly.
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase. By starting immediate access to your published portfolio, you agree that this right may end once delivery begins, in line with our payment processor's buyer terms - our 7-day guarantee above applies regardless.
Use the "View receipt" or "Manage purchase" link in your order confirmation email to request a refund directly, or contact us and we will process it on your behalf.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
