These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Talib.me, a service operated by Ismail, an individual seller based in Bangladesh, trading as "Talib.me" ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, uploading a resume, or publishing a portfolio, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Talib.me. By using the service, you confirm that the resume content you upload is your own and that you have the right to publish it.
Talib.me converts a resume PDF into a hosted, public portfolio website at a subdomain of talib.me (e.g. yourname.talib.me). Portfolio generation is powered by an AI parsing pipeline; hosting is provided over a global CDN.
New users receive a 7-day free trial starting from their first published portfolio. During the trial, your portfolio remains publicly accessible at no cost. After the trial ends, continued hosting requires an active monthly or yearly plan.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.
After your trial, you may choose a monthly plan or a discounted yearly plan to keep your portfolio live indefinitely. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and charged in advance for the selected billing period.
Your first five portfolio updates on an active plan are free. Every fifth update thereafter incurs a small flat fee, shown at checkout before you confirm. This fee is separate from your subscription and covers processing costs.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, tax calculation, and invoicing on our behalf. Your order receipt will come from Paddle.
You may not upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates another person, or is not genuinely your own resume or professional profile.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of Talib.me, probe or scan our infrastructure without authorisation, or use the service to distribute malware or spam.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any portfolio that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
You retain ownership of your resume content and the information used to build your portfolio. By using Talib.me, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
The Talib.me name, templates, AI parsing pipeline, and underlying software remain our property (or that of our licensors) and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.
Talib.me is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated portfolio content may occasionally require manual correction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Talib.me and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
